Vegan-friendly group fitness in MPLS!
This group creates a space where veganism is normal and accepted within communal fitness. Functional fitness, esteem building, balanced natural health, strength and power training are all focal points of the program. Sharing in conversation, networking, finding common ground and team-building through encouraging each other to succeed are all great attributes of this group outside of the workout.
Currently being fully vegan is NOT a requirement.. but we do ask to please bring a positive attitude, an open mind and respectful intentions.
