One hour yoga class begins with setting intentions of cultivating compassion toward all living beings. Starting with a light vinyasa sequence, we explore our connections to the world around us. The class slows down to finish with a reflective-yin sequence that helps us to establish peace within ourselves.
After class we’ll share in plant-based refreshments (both provided by Imbue Yoga and potluck style if you want to bring something to share).
Please bring plate, cup & utensils (Imbue will also provide some) and a dish to share if you’d like!
